Vendor Application

All vendors are required to submit an application.

The show will take place at New Russia Township Lodge with the hours of 11AM – 3PM.

Pricing:
Tabletop Displays: $45
Tabletop display is for vendors who’s products/services all fit on 1 table.
10×10 Spaces: $55
These spaces are larger for either multiple tables or large items.

Each vendor will receive:

Company name displayed on vendor list
(2) Attendee passes included per vendor space

The venue has a limited amount of 8′ ft tables to use, so it will be first-come-first-serve based on your application. Please remember to mark if you will need a table from the venue – it will be one table per space. Once all tables from the venue are accounted for, remaining vendors will need to provide their own table/ set-up.

Direct sales reps are welcome! (1) rep from each company will be welcome to participate.

Food trucks will be available for food for attendees and vendors during the entire show.

Once application is submitted and approved a formal invoice for payment will be sent.

Email confirmation will be sent following application submission with details of acceptance or rejection. Detailed checklists and invoices will be emailed at time of confirmation.

Please be mindful of scammers on social media! This is the only site where information for The Craft Show Hub’s shows can be found, as well as the vendor application forms.
