Bella’s Baking is owned by Isabella Wilson, who has been baking as long as she can remember. Over the past year, she has focused on sourdough through hands-on, self-taught experience. She makes everything from sourdough loaves and flavored breads to focaccia, pastries and croissants.
These classes will be designed to be approachable and beginner-friendly, with an emphasis on understanding the process so you can confidently recreate it at home!
With your $40 registration fee, you receive: notes for the recipe, sourdough starter and your loaf to bake at home.
